Water Sewer special called meeting

  The City of Statesboro-Bulloch County Water-Sewer Technical Review Committee will hold a special called meeting today in the Community Room in the County Annex at 115 North Main Street.  County Manager Tom Couch will preside over the meeting.


  Items on the agenda include: Infrastructure Coordination regarding Zoning – Tax Allocation District; reports on Phase I Water-Sewer Extension Update and Phase II Water Sewer Extension Amendments, easement and permit acquisition; an update on property acquisition for the sewage pump station; solicitation for Design Professionals for CNG Extension to the Industrial Park; Future Area Road Improvements, and; Proposed County Zoning Overlay.


  There will also be a discussion and action on a recommendation for bidding for Phase II Water Sewer Extension construction.


  That will be followed by a discussion of any additional items that will be placed on the table.


  The meeting will get underway at 3 p.m. and is expected to last for about an hour and a half.
