Brooklet council meeting tonight

  The regular monthly meeting will get underway at 7 p.m. in the Brooklet City Hall at 104 Church Street.


  An item tabled from the June meeting is discussion and possible motion to fund or seek bids for internal and external repairs and remodeling of the Brooklet Police Department building.


  They will also further discuss the possible purchase of security cameras for the City Hall main office area, police department and the public works department.


  In new business, Chief Buchan will present information on plans by the Police Department to hold a “National Night Out” in August.  A discussion on plans to review and upgrade all cut off valves is also to be taken up.


  The public in invited to attend and participate in tonight’s meeting.
