Items on the Consent Agenda include:


  Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement for a grant proposal for updating Sheriff’s Office Equipment;


  Authorization of a lease agreement renewal with the State Properties Commission for the space occupied by the State Soil & Water Conservation Commission;


  A lease agreement renewal with the State Properties Commission for the space occupied by the Department of Human Services, and;


Authorization of a bid with Southeast Roofing Solutions for roof replacement at the Bulloch County Correctional Institute.


  The commissioners are expected to dispense with the reading of and approve a Resolution to amend the Roads and Bridges Administrative Policies adding Section 17.0-Vertical Deflection Traffic Calming Devices


  The commissioners think about an hour and 20 minutes will be sufficient time Tuesday to take care of business.
