2 GSU Football Players Arrested

According to authorities, running back Irving Bryan Huggins, 20, and cornerback Octavius Tirrel "Tay" Hicklin, 20, were arrested by the Statesboro-Bulloch Crime Suppression Team, who served a search warrant at their apartment in Cambridge at Southern-The Pines.

Huggins was charged with two counts of sale of marijuana and one count each of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule IV drug, unlawful use of communications facilities and possession/use of a drug-related object. Hicklin was charged with possession of marijuana (less than 1 ounce).During their search, investigators found "quantities of different drugs at that location and took two of the tenants into custody,".
