F1rst Friday tonight

  Fine Arts will be focus of tonight’s F1rst Friday in downtown Statesboro.  It gets underway at 5:30 and lasts until 8 p.m.


  Students from Statesboro High, Southeast Bulloch High and Sallie Zetterower Elementary will present  musical performances. 


  At 7 p.m. the Averitt Center for the Arts will host a performance of “The Velveteen Rabbit”.  Admission is $13 per adult and $10 for youth.


  Beginning this month F1rst Friday will extend into Saturday with The Mainstreet Statesboro Farmers Market in the Charlie Olliff Square behind the Sea Island Bank becoming a part of the monthly event.
