BOC meets today, April 1

  One of the first items is a Public Hearing & Action on Proposed Streetlight District for Birdie Court.


  Among the items on the consent agenda are:

  Approval of a contract with Southeastern Marketing to provide marketing services for Splash in the ‘Boro and approval of the purchase of a Knuckle Boom loader and truck from Freightliner of Savannah.


  The commissioners will also two bids: one from Bunch Truck & Equipment for the purchase of a 2015 Mack front loader solid waste truck and an extended warranty on air-conditioning system and another two Caterpillar Tandem Motor Graders with Yancey Brothers.


  The commissioners think about an hour Tuesday will be sufficient time to take care of business. The meeting is open to the public to attend and participate.
