Red Cross helping family of six after Screven fire

The blaze broke out at a home in the 100 block of Banana Circle in Sylvania, displacing 3 adults and 3 children, ages 4, 6 and 9 years old. 

Officials say the fire started in the kitchen causing major but repairable damage. 

Red Cross volunteers provided funds for food and temporary shelter.
