The Georgia State Patrol's Specialized Accident Reconstruction Team was called to investigate.  Although the report is incomplete indications are Krull was at fault and charged are expected to filed against him.

This is the second fatal traffic accident on the bypass in Bulloch County in recent days.   Twenty-five year old Napoleon Lamar Phillips of Whispering Pines Boulevard was killed around 4:20 p.m. Saturday when he pulled his car onto Veterans Memorial Parkway from Cypress Lake Road into the path of 64 year old Roy Broughton of Hamilton, Ohio.  Broughton was not injured but Phillips was killed.
