Fatal crash on Northside Dr at Veteran's Pkwy

Written by  Wednesday, 05 March 2014 10:15

A car and a service utility truck collided at the intersection of Northside Dr and Veterans Memorial Pkwy early Wednesday morning.

The Bulloch County coroner says Janice Lanier, 51, of Sylvania, died in the crash.

No other details have been released at this time.

Drivers are still being asked to avoid the area of Northside Drive East at Veterans Memorial Parkway. Officials say the intersection should be closed for a few hours as GSP's fatality investigators look into the cause of the crash.
