Brooklet Kiwanis schedules prayer breakfast

  The Brooklet Kiwanis Club will hold its annual Christmas Eve Prayer Breakfast Tuesday, December 24, at 8 a.m. in the social hall of the United Methodist Church, 201Parker Avenue, in Brooklet.  This is a donation only event and the entire community is invited. 


  Reverend Joe Eason from the Nevils Baptist Church will be the speaker.  There will also be a short entertainment program followed by door prizes to be given away.  All proceeds raised from the Christmas Eve Prayer Breakfast will go to help needy children in the Southeast Bulloch area. 


  The Brooklet Kiwanis Club urges everyone in the community to attend,  In a press release, the club said “This is a great way to start your Christmas celebration, so come and enjoy yourself with the members of this community.”
