Officials reported early this morning that 30-year-old Bryan Mobley, of Claxton, is dead from gunshot wounds. The incident apparently took place after an argument ensued between Mobley and another man shortly after 2 a.m. Monday at a home on Oak Street in Claxton, Georgia. Reports say Mobley was dating a woman who lives at the home, and that the suspected gunman may be the woman's ex-boyfriend.

Claxton Police along with GBI are investigating this case and have narrowed their investigation to a person of interest and this person has been identified in the case and is expected to turn himself in. No other details have been provided at this time, but stay tuned at and more information will be reported as it becomes available.
