J. David Russell Memorial Golf Tournament Coming

The annual J. David Russell Memorial Golf Tournament for Adult Literacy is to be held Friday, October 4, at Forest Heights Country Club in Statesboro. The Ogeechee Technical College Foundation holds this golf tournament each year in order to support adult literacy efforts at the College’s three Adult Education centers in Bulloch, Evans, and Screven Counties.
The tournament begins with registration and lunch at 11:30 a.m. and the tournament is to begin at 12:30 p.m.

The foundation is still in need of teams for the tournament as well as sponsors. Those interested in taking part in the festival in any way is asked to contact Jaime Surrency at (912) 688-6098.
