Today’s artist spotlight will feature a little throwback to an old favorite of mine from just last year. At this time last year, Epic Cycle was a trio who somehow found their way to Statesboro from Pennsylvania and were just looking to make their mark here in Statesboro. Now they are returning to the Statesboro Music Festival this weekend for this three day event.
This week of March 3rd has Gata Sports Bar and Grill with Trivia Night Wednesday at 7pm. Gnats Landing has Karaoke at 9pm. Thursday the George-Anne is putting on their Annual fashion show “Dress in the Press” at 7pm at the Williams Center on the campus of Georgia Southern University. Retrievers has Thrift Shop Thursday at 9pm. Bring your best in thrift shop chic and join the party, The Andrew James Band is playing at Gata at 930pm.
Friday, The Statesboro Music Festival kicks off at the Kiwanis Fairgrounds at 5pm. Retrievers has dance night at 9pm. The Primetime Lounge has their Blue Seductions Party at 10 pm and Gucci Mane is live at the Swainsboro Fairgrounds. Saturday the Statesboro Music Festival kicks off day 2 at 11am. Ten Mile Creek will be playing at the Rattlesnake and Wildlife Festival at 3:30pm. Up with People presents: Voices take the stage at the Statesboro High School Auditorium at 730 pm and Rude Rudy’s has Dance Night at 9pm. On Sunday, the Statesboro Music Festival winds down the weekend from 11am to 5pm. Tune in every week for your weekly ticket to the Statesboro night life.
